We believe in delivering high quality and actionable training. Training that doesn’t result in real change isn’t worth doing. In order to provide actionable training, we customize our material to each client’s unique situation.  We “talk the talk” of our client firm to gain confidence from participants and increase the odds  that they’ll take immediate action. 

We’ve developed insights and material over the years that has proven effective in many environments — and we continue to refine our approach based upon real-world experience. With each training project, we take the up-front time to understand the firm, the audience and “the success factors” that matter to our client. 

We use adult learning principles in all of our training:

  • Participant behavior style assessments to customize training and ensure that it is “heard”
  • Presentation via PowerPoints, hand-outs, breakout sessions and other interactive exercises
  • Workbooks including the chance for participants to record their own thoughts, experiences and goals.
  • “Real life” scenarios in the form of obstacles faced or goals that participants are trying to meet
  • Take-away commitments – what will the person do differently, how will they define success?
  • Reinforcement sessions and check-ins (optional)
