360° Hiring is a six-step process that ensures complete candidate evaluation, alignment with the position, and post-hiring review of the process. Not all steps are appropriate or required for every firm and hiring situation; we will work with you to tailor the optimal approach. The steps are:
- Analyzing the job and writing behaviorally based job descriptions.
- Defining the Interview Process.
- Administering and interpreting DISC and PIAV Behavior Style and Motivation Profiles
- Interviewing candidates
- Checking references
- Conducting process and candidate performance reviews
While The Collaborative is not an executive search firm, we optionally offer the following services:
• Sourcing candidates: this includes posting the position description on relevant job boards, selecting a headhunter (if budget allows), managing candidate inflow and performing initial phone screens of candidates.
• Interview and Selection Support: this includes face-to-face candidate interviews, written reports to the hiring firm, and final selection recommendation.
• Exit interviews: exiting employees will often be more candid with a non-company interviewer, giving you key insights for success with the replacement hire.
